Incorporated in 2017, Shayona Engineering Limited is engaged in precision castings, machining, dies and moulds, industrial automation, heavy fabrication, casting, forging, reverse engineering, and turnkey machinery projects, delivering customised precision castings in special grades ranging from a few grams up to 3 metric tons in a single piece. The company operates from three locations in Vadodara, Gujarat, equipped with advanced technology-driven machinery that enables accurate engineering solutions and integrated manufacturing under one roof along with prompt after-sales support. Its product portfolio includes tubular conveying systems, die head trolleys and mixing machines, CNC and VMC machined components, heavy metal fabrication, and process automation equipment. As of August 24, 2025, the company employed 20 people, and the IPO proceeds are proposed to be utilised towards working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
