- Leading Luxury Fashion Platform: The company is among India’s largest and fastest-growing multi-brand luxury fashion platforms, based on FY2025 revenue. It serves customers in India as well as international markets.
- Integrated Omnichannel Model: The company combines its online platform with physical Experience Centers, allowing customers to shop through both digital and offline channels.
- Growing International Presence: The company has expanded its presence across international markets, including the US, UK, Middle East and Canada, helping it reach a wider customer base.
- Dependence on Womenswear: A large portion of the company’s sales comes from womenswear. Changes in customer preferences or lower demand for womenswear could negatively affect revenue and financial performance.
- Dependence on Experience Centers: A significant share of the company’s sales comes through its Experience Centers in India. Any decline in customer visits or sales from these centres could impact overall business performance.
- Experience Center Expansion & Operational Risk: The company’s growth depends partly on the smooth operation and expansion of its Experience Centers. Any disruption or difficulty in opening new centres could affect revenue, cash flow and future growth.
