- Experienced Management Team: The company has experienced promoters, directors and senior management with strong knowledge of mould manufacturing, customer needs, pricing and operations.
- Diversified Product Portfolio & In-House Capabilities: The company manufactures moulds, HRS and cleaning products with in-house design and production capabilities. Since 2008, it has expanded from producing 400–600 mm moulds to complex moulds with up to 64 cavities and weighing 6–7 tonnes.
- Strong Customer Relationships & Repeat Business: The company has built long-term relationships with established customers by maintaining quality and providing good service. These relationships support repeat orders, business growth and market expansion.
- Dependence on Pipe Fittings Moulds: A significant share of revenue comes from pipe fittings moulds used in the building materials and plastic industries. Lower demand or loss of key customers in this segment could affect revenue, cash flow and profitability.
- Risks in Setting Up New Manufacturing Unit: The company plans to consolidate four existing units into a new facility, which involves significant investment and operational challenges. Delays in relocation, approvals or starting operations could disrupt business and affect financial performance.
- Under-Utilization of Manufacturing Capacity: The company and its subsidiaries operate seven manufacturing units in Maharashtra. If existing or expanded capacity is not used efficiently, it could increase costs and negatively impact future growth and financial performance.
