Its services are structured under three key verticals: Raising, which includes executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, and IT staffing; Leasing, covering flexi staffing, infrastructure domain staffing, and sales staffing; and Management, which involves payroll and compliance management, training and development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. With over 11 branch offices and recruitment reach across 128 cities, the company had more than 6,000 associates deployed as of March 31, 2022, and maintains a strong presence in major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Noida, Bhopal, and Pune.
