Incorporated in 2003, E Factor Experiences Limited is an Indian event management company offering event experiences, event services, turnkey projects, permanent and semi-permanent multimedia light and sound installations, wedding & private event solutions, and technology-based experiential setups. The company handles government tourism festivals, concerts, televised events, sporting events, and large celebrations with offices in Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, and Odisha and a team of 32 employees. Popular events handled include Eco Retreat Odisha, DotFest Bhubaneswar, Laser Show at Deepotsav, Kashi Balloon & Boat Race, and “Baba Saheb” the grand musical. Through its subsidiary “Sky Waltz”, the company also operates hot air balloon and yachting tourism activities across India, approved as a commercial balloon operator for 12+ years. It further holds a 46.33% stake in Untamed Leisure and Hospitality Private Limited, strengthening its presence in leisure, entertainment, and hospitality services.
