The company offers individual life insurance plans, group insurance solutions, retirement and pension products, government schemes like PMJJBY, and digital insurance through partnerships with platforms like Policybazaar and Robinhood Insurance. Its portfolio includes 20 individual products, 7 group products, and 2 optional riders. Between April and December 2024, around 72% of eligible policy applications were processed automatically, with over 99% completed online. The company distributes its products through bancassurance, brokers, corporate agents, direct sales, and digital platforms, with bancassurance as the primary channel, reaching over 15,700 branches and 117 million customers via Canara Bank alone as of March 31, 2025.
