Vidya Wires Limited, incorporated in 1981, manufactures copper and aluminum wires used for winding and conductivity applications in industries such as energy generation, electrical systems, electric mobility, railways, and clean energy. Its product range includes precision-engineered wires, copper strips, conductors, busbars, specialized winding wires, PV ribbons, aluminum paper-covered strips, and more than 8,000 SKUs ranging from 0.07 mm to 25 mm in size. The company has expanded its manufacturing capacity to 19,680 MT per year and is planning to increase it to 37,680 MT per year with a new 18,000 MTPA unit in Narsanda, Gujarat, while also adding new products like copper foils, solar cables, and aluminum winding wires. As of November 14, 2025, Vidya Wires employed 139 permanent staff and over 394 contract labourers.
