- Strong Market & Customer Understanding: Direct interaction with customers through its application provides insights into market conditions and regional economic trends. This helps the Company develop loan products suited to customers’ income patterns and cash-flow requirements.
- Proprietary Digital Lending Platform: The Company operates its own digital lending platform, LoanFront, which manages customer information and loan disbursal records across different borrower segments. The platform is designed in accordance with RBI digital lending guidelines.
- Experienced Management Team: The Company has a team of professionals with expertise in financial services, credit operations and technology. Their involvement in operations, risk management and governance supports the Company’s growth and long-term value creation.
- Interest Rate Risk: Net interest income is influenced by changes in interest rates arising from RBI policies, inflation and market conditions. Finance costs accounted for 18.06%, 20.31% and 15.93% of total income in FY2026, FY2025 and FY2024, respectively, and further rate volatility could impact profitability.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Future growth depends on acquiring new customers and increasing AUM from existing customers. Around 80% of total AUM as of March 31, 2026 came from repeat customers, so failure to adapt to changing customer preferences could affect business and financial performance.
- Geographic Concentration of AUM: A significant portion of AUM is concentrated in southern states. Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra together accounted for 77.09% of AUM as of March 31, 2026, making the Company more exposed to regional economic and regulatory risks.
