- Polyester Waste Recycling & Sustainable Products: The company uses polyester waste, PET waste and discarded PET bottles to manufacture RPSF. This helps convert plastic waste into reusable products while supporting sustainable practices.
- Strong Quality & Sustainability Certifications: The company holds certifications including ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX® Eco-Passport and Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Version 4.0. These certifications reflect its focus on product quality, safety and sustainable manufacturing.
- Strong Order Book & Sustained Demand: As of September 10, 2026, the company had a confirmed order book of ₹1,902.86 lakh. Orders come from industries such as non-woven fabrics, home furnishings, automobiles and other industrial applications across domestic and international markets.
- Customer Concentration Risk: A significant share of revenue comes from a limited number of key customers, and the company does not have long-term contracts with them. Any drop in demand, customer loss or payment issues could affect revenue and cash flows.
- Dependence on Key Suppliers: The company relies on a limited number of suppliers for raw materials such as PET flakes, polyester waste, PET chips and PET bottles, without long-term supply agreements. Supply disruptions, price changes, quality issues or logistical and regulatory challenges could increase costs and affect production and margins.
- Manufacturing & Operational Risk: The company depends on its two manufacturing units at Tarapur, Maharashtra, with a combined installed capacity of 27,984 MTPA. Any shutdown, slowdown, strike, work stoppage or increase in labour costs could disrupt operations. The proposed Unit 3 at Valsad, Gujarat also adds expansion and execution-related risks.
