The company is engaged in developing, selling, and maintaining properties, and also earns income by renting out spaces on buildings and unsold areas for banners, hoardings, and telecom towers for fixed periods. It has completed a residential project comprising 16 one-bedroom apartments and a commercial project named Suratwwala Mark Plazzo Phase I, and is currently developing Phase II of the commercial project. A major share of its revenue is generated from real estate development activities across affordable and premium housing segments, while additional income comes from maintenance services charged to property owners within its projects.
