Sri Priyanka Geo Commex Ltd is a diversified commodity-focused company engaged in the trading and processing of critical minerals and edible oils. Its business operates across two key segments: critical minerals, including Barite, Fluorspar, and Copper Cathode, and rice bran oil. The company conducts its international mineral business through its Singapore-based subsidiary Geo Min Commodities Pte. Ltd. and its Morocco-based step-down subsidiary Atlas Resources International. It also procures Copper Cathode from Chile for global trading operations. In the edible oil segment, the company manufactures crude and refined rice bran oil at its Andhra Pradesh facility, which has a capacity of 60,000 MT per annum for solvent extraction and 15,000 MT per annum for oil refining. The company also generates revenue from by-products such as de-oiled rice bran, gums, and wax. In FY2025, Sri Priyanka Geo Commex sold its products across 7 Indian states and 5 international markets.
