The company also operates in mid-premium and luxury housing, as well as commercial and office spaces, with Bengaluru and Chennai as its primary markets and additional presence in Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata. As of September 30, 2021, Shriram Properties has completed 29 projects, mostly in Bengaluru and Chennai, and has a total of 35 ongoing, under-development, and upcoming projects covering an estimated 46.72 million square feet of saleable area.
