The company produces high-quality, disease-free plants for fruits, vegetables, ornamentals, and field crops using tissue culture and hydroponics, and provides greenhouse manufacturing, farmer services, and training through FPOs. It also offers landscaping services to government and private clients and holds ISO certifications for quality, environment, and safety. Its R&D lab is recognized by India’s Department of Biotechnology and Department of Science and Technology. Sheel Biotech supports organic farming adoption, manages FPOs, implements turnkey horticultural projects with modern technologies, and conducts training programs for farmers and agripreneurs. As of September 30, 2024, it had 160 permanent employees.
