Incorporated in 2022, Sael Industries is among India’s leading renewable energy companies and operates as an independent power producer with its own solar manufacturing, EPC, and maintenance capabilities. As of September 30, 2025, the company has a total renewable capacity of 5,765.70 MW, mainly from solar projects, along with a smaller share from agri waste-to-energy projects, spread across multiple states in India and supported by long-term agreements with government and private buyers. It is a key player in the agri waste-to-energy segment, using crop waste like paddy straw to generate electricity while helping reduce pollution. The company currently runs 10 such plants and is building another one in Rajasthan. In solar energy, it started operations in 2011 and has grown quickly, with several large-scale and rooftop projects, including a major 1,000 MW project in Gujarat completed in a short time. It also manufactures advanced solar modules and plans to expand further by setting up a large manufacturing facility in Uttar Pradesh.
Note : "Calculations for ‘Shares Offered’ and ‘Total Amount’ are based on the highest price in the issue price band."
The expected premium is based on market buzz and online information. It should not be considered as the actual listing price or valuation. Always refer to the RHP and seek advice from a financial expert before making any investment decisions.
