Route Mobile Limited, established in 2004, is a leading provider of Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and a tier-one application-to-peer (A2P) service provider. The company offers enterprise communication solutions, including messaging, voice, email, and SMS filtering, along with analytics and monetization services. It operates in three main business segments. The enterprise segment provides cloud communication services to businesses, over-the-top (OTT) players, and mobile network operators. The mobile operator segment offers services such as SMS analytics, firewall, filtering, monetization, and hubbing solutions. The business process outsourcing (BPO) segment includes customer support, technical assistance, booking, and collection services. As of June 2020, Route Mobile had 318 employees across 18 global locations and served over 30,150 clients worldwide, including several Fortune Global 500 companies. The company processed more than 2.5 billion messages per month and handled 31 billion billable transactions in the fiscal year 2020. It worked with over 800 network operators and maintained 240 direct connections, also known as super networks. Additionally, it operated six strategically located data centers and four short message service centers.
