Blending Heritage With Contemporary Jewellery: The company operates a production facility staffed by skilled artisans with generational knowledge of traditional Bengali jewellery-making, integrating craftsmanship with modern design. This hyperlocal approach enables region-specific designs catering to varying local tastes across its markets.
Efficient B2B Support And Customer Retention: The company maintains strong relationships with its wholesale and institutional customers, supporting repeat orders and long-standing associations, with several customers maintaining relationships spanning over a decade.
Multi-Platform E-Commerce Strategy: The company operates dedicated e-commerce platforms alongside listings on major marketplaces, enabling it to reach both B2B and B2C customers beyond its physical Shop-in-Shop network.
Revenue Concentration In Eastern India: A significant portion of revenue, 76%-92% over the last three fiscals and the stub period, has come from the Eastern states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal, exposing the company to regional economic, regulatory or demand disruptions.
Dependence On Key Customers: The top ten customers contributed between 15.15% and 21.61% of total sales across the stub period and last three fiscals. Loss of these customers could disrupt cash flow and adversely affect profitability and operations.
