The company operates a fleet of over 357 GPS-enabled vehicles as of August 31, 2025, ensuring reliable delivery of temperature-sensitive products. It serves various industries including confectionery and bakery, dairy products, quick service restaurants (QSRs), pharmaceuticals, healthcare, as well as e-commerce and retail.

- Experienced Promoter & Stable Operations: The company has 14 years of experience in temperature-controlled logistics, supported by promoter Mr. Deepak Khanna’s 14+ years of industry experience and an experienced team.
- Long-Standing Customer Relationships: The company has built long-term relationships with a diverse customer base across India. These relationships support recurring business and the expansion of its temperature-controlled logistics services.
- Customer & Industry Concentration: The company depends on a limited number of key customers, particularly from the FMCG sector. Any loss of major customers or slowdown in the industry could affect revenue and business performance.
- Geographical Concentration: The company’s operations and turnover are concentrated in certain regions. Any adverse event or disruption in these areas could negatively impact revenue and results of operations.
