Pind Hospitality Limited's is preparing to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a substantial issue size of 18,00,000 Shares. The offering comprises a fresh issue component of 18,00,000 Shares.
The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹93 to ₹99, providing investors with a range to place their bids. The minimum investment lot consists of 1200 shares, making it accessible to both retail and institutional investors.
The subscription window for this public offering opens on Sep 28, 2026 and will conclude on Sep 30, 2026. Following the subscription period, the share allotment is scheduled for Oct 01, 2026, with the official listing expected to commence on Oct 06, 2026 on the BSE exchange.

Pind Hospitality Limited, incorporated on June 15, 2021, operates in the hospitality sector with a focus on restaurants, food delivery and catering services. Along with its partnership firm Pind Punjab, the Company operates six restaurants in Pune, Maharashtra, with no permanent closures since 2016, and has completed more than 5 lakh food deliveries through third-party delivery platforms and its own channels. Customers can order through food delivery apps, the Company’s mobile app, online bookings and phone orders, while mobile pre-ordering is also available for pick-up within a 6 km radius. The Company also provides outdoor catering for special events and workplace canteens, generating revenue of ₹528.61 lakh, ₹125.37 lakh and ₹64.38 lakh in Fiscal 2026, Fiscal 2025 and Fiscal 2024, respectively. It has taken four restaurants on a leave and license basis in Pune, while Pind Punjab operates one restaurant under a similar arrangement. The Company sources raw materials, including dairy products, vegetables and meat, from local and organised suppliers while following food safety and quality standards, with regular FSSAI compliance audits conducted at its restaurants. Its marketing strategy focuses on middle and upper-middle-class consumers through internet, print, direct marketing and social media campaigns. As of March 31, 2026, Pind Hospitality had 135 employees working across central functions such as finance, human resources and administration.
