Patel Retail Limited operates three main facilities that handle different parts of its retail and private label business. The Ambernath unit in Maharashtra manages processing, quality checks, and packaging for products like pulses, ready mixes, and groceries. In Dudhai, Kutch, Gujarat, one facility processes agricultural items such as peanuts, coriander, and cumin, supporting the company’s backward integration strategy, while another large agri-processing cluster covers nearly 16 acres and includes multiple production units, fruit pulp processing, warehouses, cold storage, and a testing lab. Together, these are called the manufacturing facilities, with the two in Kutch known as the Kutch facilities. The company’s stores act as neighbourhood supermarkets for both daily and bulk shopping, and it also earns rental income from vendors operating inside its outlets. As of May 31, 2025, it offers 38 product categories with 10,000 SKUs, selling across several states, mainly in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
