- Comprehensive and Integrated Logistics Operations – Operates across freight forwarding, customs clearance, air, road, rail, and multimodal coastal transport, with pan-India coverage via head office and nine branches, ensuring seamless service and nationwide reach.
- Experienced Leadership Driving Growth – Led by promoters Mr. Ankit Devidas Shah and Mrs. Reema Ankit Shah, the management team leverages deep industry knowledge and regional expertise to guide strategic decisions, execution, and expansion.
- Asset-Based Model Ensuring Operational Reliability – Utilizes owned and leased vehicles, containers, and warehouses to maintain control, service quality, resource availability, and scalable operations without excessive capital strain.
- Reliance on Port Traffic – Operations depend heavily on container movement at major ports like Kandla, Mundra, Pipavav, Hazira, Mangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Tuticorin, Kattupalli, and Vizag; any decline in traffic or regional disruptions could negatively impact business performance.
- High Customer Concentration Risk – Significant revenue is generated from a few major customers; loss or reduced orders from any key client, combined with the lack of long-term contracts, may affect revenue stability and cash flows.
- Exposure to Infrastructure & Transport Constraints – Efficient logistics depend on reliable road, rail, and port networks; any inadequacy or disruption in these systems could hinder operations, affecting financial results and overall business performance.
