Milestone Gears Limited, incorporated in 1984, is engaged in manufacturing high-precision and complex transmission components used in sectors like tractors, construction equipment, electric vehicles, locomotives, wind energy, and other heavy industries. The company supplies its products to both Indian and global OEMs and has built strong long-term relationships, with an average association of over 18 years with its top 10 customers as of FY2025. Its product range includes bull gears, rear axles, spindles, internal ring gears, and bevel gears, and it continues to expand its portfolio to reach more markets. The company has exported to 10 countries including the USA, UK, Germany, and China between April 2022 and June 2025, and operates nine manufacturing facilities across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh with a large combined area. As of June 30, 2025, it had 1,417 permanent and 2,038 contractual employees.
