  1. Diversified Rubber Product Portfolio: Matangi Rubber Limited manufactures tyre flaps, inner tubes, rubber compounds, and tyres for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, trucks, buses, and other commercial vehicles. Its varied product range enables it to serve different segments of the automotive industry.
  2. Established Customer Relationships: The company has built long-standing relationships with tyre manufacturers and other customers. Its experience in supplying rubber products and providing contract manufacturing services supports business continuity and customer retention.
  3. Multi-Location Manufacturing Capabilities: The company operates manufacturing facilities across Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. This manufacturing network supports production capacity and provides opportunities to expand its presence in the automotive components market.
⚠️Matangi Rubber IPO Risk Factors
  1. High Customer Concentration: A large portion of the company's revenue comes from a limited number of major customers. Any reduction in orders, termination of supply arrangements, or loss of a key customer could significantly affect revenue and profitability.
  2. Raw Material Price Volatility: The company depends on natural rubber, synthetic rubber, carbon black, and other manufacturing inputs. Unexpected price increases or supply disruptions may raise production costs and put pressure on profit margins.
  3. Manufacturing & Expansion Risks: The business depends on the efficient operation of its manufacturing facilities. Machinery breakdowns, fire incidents, labour shortages, or delays in commissioning new plants could disrupt production, increase expenses, and affect financial performance.
