Incorporated in 1995, Keystone Realtors Limited is a prominent real estate developer in India engaged in construction, development, and related activities. As of June 30, 2022, the company had 32 completed projects, 12 ongoing projects, and 21 forthcoming projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region under the Rustomjee brand, covering affordable, mid, aspirational, premium, and super-premium segments. Keystone Realtors has developed 20.22 million sq. ft. of residential buildings, gated estates, townships, corporate parks, retail spaces, schools, and iconic landmarks. The company follows an integrated real estate development model encompassing land identification, planning, design, construction, marketing, and sales, and engages in joint development agreements, redevelopment agreements, and slum rehabilitation projects to optimize capital investment. To date, Keystone Realtors has developed over 280 buildings, serving more than 14,000 families.
