- Technology Advantage: Deployment of SMART-SYS, an advanced logistics IT system, enhances automation, transparency, and efficiency across operations.
- Customer Diversification: A broad and varied client base across industries reduces business concentration risk and ensures stable revenue flow.
- Strong Leadership Backbone: Guided by an experienced management team with proven expertise in logistics, strategy, and operations.
- Working Capital Intensity: Heavy dependence on working capital means any delay or shortfall could hinder operational flow and expansion plans.
- Logistics Network Vulnerability: Reliance on road transport exposes the business to potential disruptions from strikes, accidents, or inadequate infrastructure.
- Revenue Concentration Risk: Dependence on a limited number of key customers increases exposure to revenue volatility if major clients reduce or discontinue contracts.
