- Largest Retail Investor Base in India : With ₹5,658.2 billion in MAAUM and a 13.8% share, the company has the country’s biggest individual investor franchise — individual investors account for 62.2% of total AUM and 86.4% of equity AUM, enhancing fee stability and long-term assets under management.

- Increasing Industry Competition : Strong competition from existing AMCs, new entrants, and alternative investment products may lead to market share pressure, fee reduction, and higher acquisition/retention costs for investors and distributors.
