Food and beverage services are a key part of its business, serving both hotel guests and local customers. The company is also expanding with new properties under its existing “Polo” brand and a boutique concept called “Chapter Hotels by Polo,” focusing on more personalized and experience-driven stays. With a growing presence in locations like Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland, and West Bengal, the company continues to strengthen its footprint in the hospitality sector. As of August 31, 2025, it had 630 permanent employees.
