The company is one of the largest suppliers of transfer case systems to passenger vehicle OEMs in India and the only Indian manufacturer exporting transfer cases to global OEMs. Its product portfolio includes torque transfer systems (4WD and AWD), synchronizer systems for manual and DCT transmissions, and components for these systems, including EV applications. Additionally, Divgi has developed advanced solutions such as transmission systems for EVs, DCT systems, and rear-wheel-drive manual transmissions, positioning itself as a comprehensive systems-level solution provider and component supplier to both domestic and international automotive manufacturers
