- Diversified Client Base Across India: The company serves clients across multiple states, including Bihar, Delhi, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka, with projects undertaken across India.
- Strategic Advertising Rights Across Media Assets: The company holds advertising and marketing rights across airports, railway stations and metro stations, giving it access to a wide range of outdoor advertising opportunities.
- Experienced Promoters & Management Team: Promoter and MD Shashi Kumar Chaudhary has around 25 years of service-sector experience, including 15 years in outdoor advertising. Whole-time Director Seema Chaudhary also has around 25 years of experience, including 13 years in outdoor advertising, supporting business strategy and operations.
- Dependence on Government Concession & Licensing Agreements: The company relies on concession, licensing and marketing agreements with authorities such as AAI, Indian Railways and Metro Rail authorities. Failure to renew or retain these rights could reduce revenue and affect its market position.
- Risk of Security Deposit Forfeiture: The company has to provide significant security deposits under various concession agreements. If these deposits are forfeited or invoked, it could put pressure on the company’s liquidity.
- Minimum Monthly Guarantee (MMG) Obligations: Some airport and railway agreements require the company to pay fixed MMG amounts regardless of actual advertising revenue. Lower revenue due to seasonal demand, reduced passenger traffic or unexpected disruptions could make these payments difficult and affect financial performance.
