- Steady Income-Generating Assets: A large collection of finished projects guarantees consistent cash flow without the risk of construction delays.
- Diverse Locations: Our road projects and income sources are spread across 19 states, helping reduce reliance on any one region.
- Positive Industry Outlook: We're in a strong industry backed by government support and infrastructure growth plans.
- Limited Track Record: Since we're a newly formed trust, it's hard to predict how well we'll grow in the future.
- Condition-Based Deals: Acquiring project companies depends on certain conditions being met, which could cause delays or even prevent the deals from going through.
- Early Asset Termination: If assets from the initial portfolio are ended early, it could result in lost payments, affecting our financial stability.
