Established in 2004, ASPRI Spirits Limited works as a marketing, development, and distribution partner for international alcoholic beverage brands in India and South Asia, following an asset-light model focused on importing and selling premium products. As of September 2025, the company manages a large portfolio of 323 brands from 89 suppliers across 36 countries, covering categories like whisky, vodka, gin, wine, beer, and more, with 835 SKUs, making it one of the largest portfolios in India. It has a wide distribution network across 28 states and union territories, reaching over 17,000 outlets and serving more than 1,800 customers including hotels, bars, restaurants, retail stores, and duty-free shops. The company operates through four bonded warehouses in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Gurugram, and holds exclusive rights for several global brands. Supported by a strong supplier network worldwide, ASPRI had 287 employees as of September 30, 2025.
