- Ready for Growth: Taking advantage of the increasing demand in construction materials.
- Expanding with Low Investment: Adding more third-party materials to grow the business without heavy assets.
- Strong Market Connections: Large network of vendors and customers creates long-term business benefits.
- Product Concentration Risk: A large share of revenue comes from aggregates (31.19%), RMC (21.12%), and steel (16.13%). A drop in demand for these could hurt business performance.
- Geographic Concentration Risk: Most revenue comes from Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu (81%–92%). Any regional issues in these states could affect operations.
- Customer Concentration Risk: Up to 47.19% of revenue depends on the top 10 customers. With no long-term contracts, losing key clients could affect revenue and growth.
