Broad Range of Packaging Solutions: The Company manufactures various flexible and woven packaging products, including BOPP bags, BOPP printed rolls, BOPP laminated rolls, PP woven bags, and PP woven lamination rolls. This product range allows the Company to address diverse packaging needs and offer solutions tailored to different customer specifications.
Diverse Customer Industries: The Company serves customers across several sectors, including cement, chemicals, fertilizers, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), textiles, and other industrial packaging markets. Its presence in multiple end-user industries helps diversify its customer base and reduces reliance on any single industry segment.
Dependence on Major Customers: The Company generates a considerable share of its operating revenue from a limited group of customers. For the period ended September 30, 2026, its top 10 customers accounted for 56.43% of revenue from operations. This concentration may expose the business to fluctuations in customer demand, changes in purchasing patterns, and pressure on product pricing.
Exposure to Raw Material Costs and Supply Constraints: The Company’s manufacturing activities rely on the regular procurement of key inputs, including PP granules, LDPE granules, filler granules, BOPP films, and PP woven fabrics. Unexpected increases in material prices or interruptions in supply could raise production costs, disrupt manufacturing schedules, and adversely affect profitability and overall financial performance.
Concentration of Revenue in Gujarat: The Company has a substantial geographical dependence on Gujarat, which contributed 70.01% of its revenue for the period ended September 30, 2026. Any adverse developments in the region, including economic slowdowns, regulatory changes, or infrastructure-related disruptions, could negatively impact business operations and revenue generation.
