Acme India Industries Limited's is preparing to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a substantial issue size of 62,08,800 Shares. The offering comprises a fresh issue component of 50,92,800 Shares, alongside an Offer for Sale (OFS) component of ₹16.00 Cr from existing shareholders.
The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹186 to ₹196, providing investors with a range to place their bids. The minimum investment lot consists of 600 shares, making it accessible to both retail and institutional investors.
The subscription window for this public offering opens on Sep 30, 2026 and will conclude on Oct 06, 2026. Following the subscription period, the share allotment is scheduled for Oct 07, 2026, with the official listing expected to commence on Oct 09, 2026 on the BSE exchange.

Acme India operates in the Indian railway rolling stock sector and specializes in designing, manufacturing and maintaining railway coach interiors. The company primarily works through government tenders and provides turnkey solutions for furnishing new railway coaches, refurbishing existing coaches and modernizing coach toilets. Since 2017, it has completed furnishing of 1,610 new coaches, including LHB coaches, Vande Bharat trains, inspection coaches and overhead equipment coaches. Since 2018, the company has refurbished 1,888 LHB and ICF coaches and completed more than 10,948 toilet modernization projects focused on passenger hygiene and comfort. It also supplies railway components such as Braille signage, FRP and aluminium polymer composite sanitary ware, epoxy flooring, FRP doors, seat and berth components, hygiene products, fire-retardant decorative coatings and vacuum circuit breakers. Acme India operates two manufacturing facilities in Sonipat, Haryana, spread across approximately 116,000 sq. ft., with in-house laboratory and testing facilities. Its notable projects include work for Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur and North Western Railway, Jodhpur. As of August 31, 2025, the company had an order book valued at ₹40,208.20 lakh.
