Acevector Limited's presents an investment opportunity through its forthcoming IPO with a total issue size of 13,12,50,000 Shares. The fresh issue of 8,96,87,500 Shares aims to strengthen the company's financial position, while the OFS component of ₹133.00 Cr offers partial exit opportunities to existing investors.
The indicative price range of ₹30 to ₹32 per share and minimum lot size of 468 shares have been designed to accommodate varying investment capacities while ensuring broad market participation.
The subscription period is scheduled from Sep 25, 2026 to Sep 29, 2026. Post- subscription, the allotment process will conclude on Sep 30, 2026, with the official listing ceremony expected on Oct 05, 2026 at the NSE, BSE exchange.

AceVector Ltd., incorporated in 2007, operates an asset-light digital commerce ecosystem through its subsidiaries, covering data, technology and AI-driven businesses. Its ecosystem includes Snapdeal, a value-focused lifestyle e-commerce marketplace offering affordable products across various lifestyle categories; Unicommerce, which operates platforms such as Uniware, Convertway and Shipway to provide SaaS-based solutions for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations; and Stellaro Brands, an omnichannel portfolio of value-focused consumer brands. Snapdeal primarily serves middle-income and value-conscious consumers, particularly in Tier 2+ and smaller cities, and reached customers across 18,773 pin codes in India during the six months ended September 30, 2025. The platform maintained an average product rating of 4.0 or higher out of 5 during the last three Financial Years and the six-month periods ended September 30, 2025 and September 30, 2024.

- Diversified Digital Commerce Ecosystem: AceVector operates across e-commerce, SaaS and consumer brands, supported by shared resources, centralised strategy and financial efficiencies. This diversified model supports growth across its different businesses.
- Leading Value-Focused Marketplace: Snapdeal is a value-focused e-commerce platform aimed at price-conscious customers. It offers a wide range of lifestyle products, particularly for consumers in Tier 2+ and smaller cities.
- Operating Leverage & Unit Economics: The company has established unit economics with operating leverage in its business model. As operations scale, this provides a framework for improving efficiency and profitability.
- History of Losses: The company reported restated losses of ₹455.06 million, ₹1,263.06 million and ₹512.97 million in FY2026, FY2025 and FY2024, respectively. If revenue does not grow sufficiently while expenses and cash flows remain under control, the company may continue to report losses.
- Negative Cash Flows: AceVector recorded net cash outflows from operating activities in FY2026, FY2025 and FY2024, along with net cash outflows from financing activities in FY2026. Continued cash outflows could put pressure on its future operations and financial position.
- Dependence on Snapdeal: Snapdeal contributed ₹2,936.75 million, ₹2,498.67 million and ₹2,528.87 million of revenue from operations in FY2026, FY2025 and FY2024, respectively, representing 57.54%, 63.25% and 66.59% of total revenue. Difficulty in acquiring or retaining users and customers, or higher customer acquisition costs, could affect revenue growth.
