Incorporated in 2013, Aastha Spintex Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing and trading carded, combed, and compact combed cotton yarns, along with cotton bales. Its cotton bales are used both for in-house yarn production and supplied to other spinning units, while its yarns serve knitting and weaving applications across diverse segments like denim, towels, shirting, sweaters, socks, and home textiles. The company operates a semi-automated, integrated spinning and ginning facility at Halvad, Morbi, Gujarat. Its product range also includes cotton bales and cotton yarn waste, the latter effectively reused within the textile production ecosystem.
