Important Note on IPO GMP (Grey Market Premium)

Please remember that IPO GMP is not always trustworthy. Do not make your investment decisions only by looking at it. Many people follow GMP blindly, but smart investors look at company fundamentals and proper analysis. We do not deal in the grey market. Most GMP numbers shared on websites or WhatsApp are unverified and can be misleading. GMP is usually based on very small trades (just 5–10 lots), which is not enough to show the real demand. Once the IPO closes or allotment happens, GMP often falls quickly. There is no guarantee that the GMP will match the listing price. Heavy selling on listing day can change everything.
