Kineco Limited, founded in 1995 by Shekhar Sardessai and headquartered in Goa, is a leading Indian composite manufacturing company that designs and produces advanced composite products for railways, aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. Originally incorporated in 1994 as Mass Kinematics Pvt. Ltd., the company later became Kineco Limited and now operates state-of-the-art ISO and AS9100 certified facilities in Goa. Over the years, it has expanded through key joint ventures such as Kineco Alte Train Technologies with Spain’s Alte for rail solutions and Kineco Kaman Composites India with Kaman Aerospace Group, which became a wholly owned subsidiary in October 2024 after Kineco acquired the remaining 49% stake to strengthen its aerospace and defense presence.
