Jupiter International Ltd, established in 2009, is one of India’s early solar cell manufacturers and is now rapidly expanding to build one of the country’s largest integrated solar cell and module capacities. The company produces high-efficiency Mono PERC solar cells with efficiencies up to 23.40% and is strengthening its position through advanced technology partnerships in Europe and the Middle East. With India’s solar sector growing strongly due to government incentives, PLI schemes, and rising global demand beyond China, Jupiter is scaling up aggressively through multiple projects, including the Baddi expansion, a large JV with AMP Energy in Odisha, and a major greenfield project in Khorda. Its capacity is set to grow from 32 MW in 2010 to 6.4 GW of cell capacity and 2.4 GW of module capacity by FY27.
