- Integrated Service Offerings: Provides end-to-end solutions in indexing, title services, e-publishing, and litigation support, helping clients get complete and consistent services from one source. This reduces complexity, speeds up delivery, and maintains quality through global expertise and ISO-certified processes.
- Strong Focus on Quality & Data Security: Follows strict standards backed by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022 certifications. Robust data protection, structured workflows, and high compliance ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality service—building long-term client trust.
- Experienced Team: A skilled team with deep domain knowledge delivers tailored and effective solutions. Their understanding of diverse business needs supports strong client relationships and successful project execution.
- Foreign Exchange Risk: Heavy dependence on global markets makes the company vulnerable to currency fluctuations. Depreciation in USD, GBP, or AUD against INR can reduce revenue and margins. Hedging helps but may not fully protect against losses.
- Compliance Delays: Past delays in filing EPF, ESIC, GST, PF, PT, and TDS returns have led to penalties. These issues, caused by internal lapses and technical problems, expose the company to compliance risks.
- Legal Proceedings: The company and its key personnel are involved in several ongoing legal cases. These matters may consume time, require financial resources, and any negative decision could impact reputation and business performance.
