As of March 31, 2023, it manages 4,801 keys across operating hotels in 14 major urban centers, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, NCR, Pune, Chennai, and Ahmedabad, with 2 hotels under development totaling 461 keys in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai. On August 10, 2023, SAMHI acquired Asiya Capital and ACIC SPVs, adding 962 keys across six hotels and land for a new hotel in Navi Mumbai. Its properties operate under renowned hotel brands like Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, and Holiday Inn Express.
