National Highways IPO About Company

Capital Infra Trust benefits from an experienced sponsor with a strong track record in operating and maintaining national highway projects for NHAI, India’s key agency for highway development. Its sizeable and diversified portfolio of long-term, revenue-generating toll road assets—comprising initial assets with 30-year concessions and target assets with 20-year concessions—supports stable and predictable cash flows. The Trust’s toll roads are strategically located across major states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Telangana, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, covering important inter-city routes with consistent passenger and commercial traffic. Backed by an experienced management team, the Trust is well-positioned to leverage growth opportunities through its sponsor, which has approval to offer around 1,500 km of roads over three years, including the Target Toll Roads lined up for acquisition. Additionally, favourable concession terms with low counterparty risk and inflation pass-through features further strengthen the Trust’s long-term financial stability.
